Description.
This is Red Planet take two and in a different medium. The original, which has been very popular was in oil pastels and charcoal,the latest however is on box canvas and in oils. I wanted to capture the same idea using different materials and see if I could achieve a similar effect. All the sides of the canvas have been painted so that there is no requirement to add a frame. The painting is also coated with artists varnish to protect the artwork and can be wiped clean with a soft damp cloth.
It is supplied ready to hang, complete with my authenticity signature on the rear of the canvas. |
